Nigel and Dawn Carley's love affair with Italy began long before it became home. Nigel's early career with Italian car manufacturer Alfa Romeo took him to Milan and Naples, over 40 years ago, where he first fell in love with Italian culture, craftsmanship, of course, the food, and way of life.
While Northern Italy introduced Italian excellence, it was Southern Italy that ultimately captured their hearts. The authentic warmth of the people, the untouched natural beauty, and the rich cultural heritage of the Campania region spoke to something deeper - a vision of what luxury living could truly mean.
After years of visiting and exploring, Nigel and Dawn made the decision to make Southern Italy and especially Cilento in Campania, the start of Pinelli Private Residences. But their vision extended beyond personal fulfilment - they saw an opportunity to share this extraordinary region with others through sustainable, community-focused smart property ownership - fractional ownership.
